Typographical Errors

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds

Dispute Resolution 
You and ISHOPABROAD agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from ISHOPABROAD by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the arbitration or small claim proceeding will take place in Dekalb County, Geogia. We agree that the American Arbitration Association shall administer the arbitration, and that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and Consumer Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures, if applicable, shall apply. These Arbitration Rules may be found on the American Arbitration Association's web site at www.adr.org . We further agree that the Arbitration Award maybe taken to a Court of competent jurisdiction to become an enforceable judgment. You and ISHOPABROAD agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted

ISHOPABROAD TERMS OF SALE 
1. Background.   ISHOPABROAD (referred to as “Seller”) is a subsidiary of X-PLORE V. LTD, a company registered both in the USA and in Ghana

2. Consideration. Buyer agrees to pay the total amount of the order he or she placed online (a copy of which will be sent to him) before the order is processed.  Upon receipt of full payment, Seller will arrange for delivery through a carrier chosen by Buyer, the costs of which shall be born by Buyer. All sales taxes, tariffs, and other governmental charges shall be paid by Buyer and are Buyer's Responsibility except as Limited by Law

 3. Acceptance. Goods shall be deemed received by Buyer when delivered to Buyer’s nearest airport, port or shipping carrier local’s office .Buyer will have the right to inspect the goods upon receipt, and within 3 days after delivery, give notice to Seller of any claim for damages on account of condition, quality, or grade of the goods, and must specify the basis of the claim in detail.  Failure of Buyer to comply with these conditions will constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by Buyer.  All notices between the parties must be in writing and delivered by courier or by certified mail, return receipt requested. Buyer further agrees to provide true and accurate identification and up-to-date address information to Seller to collect the order. Buyer agrees not to impersonate/use the identity of anyone else.

4. Warranty. Seller warrants that the goods sold hereunder are in good condition and free from substantive defects. Every product is solely backed by the product manufacturer's or supplier’s warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by manufacturer, supplier or product. Seller will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers and suppliers.No other warranty, express or implied, is made by Seller, and none shall be imputed or presumed.

 5. Limitation of liability: In no event shall Seller or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Seller takes no responsibility or liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. Claims must be filed with the shipping company.

 6. Order Processing & Cancellation. Each order is thoroughly reviewed by Seller to ensure its accuracy and the validity of the payment method chosen. Processing an order can take up to 5 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information received.). If the item(s) requested is in-stock, it will ship immediately. If the item(s) ordered is out of stock, it will not be shipped until new inventory is received. Buyer will receive a notice once the order is shipped; Buyer understands that the order can not be cancelled once the item ordered is shipped. Buyer also understands that Seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the shipping company and will not hold Buyer for such delays as Buyer does not control third parties’ operations.

 7. Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.  Any dispute hereunder will be heard in the appropriate federal and state courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, USA.

 8. Force Majeure. Seller may, without liability, delay performance or cancel this Contract on account of force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.
