How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the ADD TO CART button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, on the top of the page, click on checkout to continue, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.
How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Delete Item" icon located within the shopping cart at the far right of each row. If you want to delete all items from your cart, you need to press the "Empty Shopping Cart" button located under "Cart Tools."
Is the ordering process secure?
YES! Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information and all our transactions are processed by Paypal. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept CASH (paid in our office in Accra), BANK (order paid at the bank in one of our account). We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, wire transfers, Western union, and Moneygram.
After I have placed my order, when will I receive the product I ordered?
We will ship the products to you 24 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive it within days.
Where will my order be sent?
If you paid online, the item will be sent to the address associated with the VISA or Mastercard you used. If you paid locally, your item will be sent to the shipping address you provided when ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can call us or chat with us online to check on the status of your order, please remember to quote your order number
Do I have to pay duty?
Some of the items sold on our website are exempted from customs duty, however not all of them. All orders of up to 2 items sent by courrier ( DHL, Fedex, USPS, EMS) are generally shipped as personal items or gifts. This means that in most cases, you are not required to pay any custom duty to collect your package. However, always be prepared for such an eventuality when you receive products from outside of your country.
Very important: please note that if you choose air freight as shipping option, you will almost always have to pay custom duty on most items. However, our agent in Accra will deal with the customs department on your behalf, to ensure the procedure is fast tracked and you get your item within 48hours ( all receipts will be tendered to you at the end of the transaction)
How much money should I expect to pay as duties on a laptop for example? Averagely on a laptop, you should budget between GHC50 and GHC90 to cover all duties and administrative charges.
